Embark on a transformative journey with "30 Days of Yoga in November". This is a self-paced program designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just beginning your practice, this immersive experience offers daily guidance, gentle encouragement, and a supportive structure to help you cultivate a sustainable yoga habit. Originally created and offered as live sessions, this 30 day program helped to raise money for MIND throughout November. As a volunteer at MIND Pembrokeshire's drop in centre, your contribution towards joining this program will be shared with the MIND Pembrokeshire centre to help them continue their fantastic work and fundraising efforts. Each day, you will be invited to explore a thoughtfully curated sequence, each one inspired by different yoga styles, including Hatha, Somatic yoga, gentle flow, restorative, breathing techniques and guided meditations. Rooted in the healing philosophy of Soma Soul Yoga, this program emphasises the connection between sensation and movement, empowering you to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom. Under the trauma-informed guidance of Fi, you will learn to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and foster emotional resilience. Throughout the 30 days, you have access to a variety of practices that honour your unique needs, with modifications and options for all levels. Join me for 30 days of renewal, self-discovery, and compassionate movement - your journey home to yourself, to your inner hearth as we harvest gratitude for the year past and descend into our winter rest.
