TRADITIONAL YOGA
Yoga translates as "to yoke", meaning union, it is the practice of bringing mind, body and spirit back into union - because when we are whole and united, we can find healing, connection and freedom in our life and how we move through the world.
Traditional Yoga
I am deeply grateful to my teachers for guiding my journey through the Iyengar lineage. I believe that every form of yoga carries profound meaning and connection, whether it’s the supportive and gentle practices of Restorative and Yin, or the dynamic flowing nature of Anahata and Vinyasa. I offer small group sessions as well as one-on-one tuition, tailoring each session to your individual path as a student.
With a strong emphasis on safety and inclusivity, I provide options to ensure that everyone, regardless of fitness level, body shape, or flexibility, can experience the transformative power of yoga. You can expect a class that focuses on stretching, exploring poses, and gentle, flowing movements -ideal for nurturing both body and mind.

"Very calming, varied moves to fit all abilities.
