VINYASA YOGA
Vinyasa yoga is an expressive and dynamic flowing practice, connecting breath to movement while strengthening and improving stamina as the body moves through transitions.
Dynamic flow
Vinyasa explores creativity and movement between traditional yoga poses. This form of yoga was developed through a combination of yoga and dancers stretches. Due to the moving, breathing nature of this practice, it perfectly supports inner yin or the feminine aspect.

Soma Soul vinyasa classes focus on embodied, expressive movement, encouraging students to explore options that feel right for their bodies. We do our practice to music to find creative rhythm within the movements. These classes require an medium skill level.
